For 2012 Hillel U of M is proud to partner with JFSJ (Jewish Funds for Justice) & PJA (Progressive Jewish Alliance) for a 10 day Tikkun Olam oriented trip to Los Angeles, CA between March 11-18. 15-20 students will have the opportunity to travel to sunny California and help make LA a better place through urban gardening, rebuilding schools, and working with kids. Want to travel to Israel on Hillel’s very own Taglit-Birthright trip? This trip is FREE to all Jewish students between the ages of 18-26 who are eligible. During your epic 10 day journey you will explore the vast culture & history of Israel, climb Masada, ride a camel, float in the dead sea, meet IDF solders and make life long friendships.
